Valtocado, one of the most renowned and prestigious urbanisations on the Costa del Sol nestled in the Sierra de Mijas. Here you will find some of the best villas with spectacular panoramic views.

Also from Valtocado you can drive in the opposite direction to Mijas Pueblo and join the motorway at Alhaurín. So even if you enjoy nature and the countryside in its purest form you are never too far from anywhere.

For golfers, the nearest golf course is Alhaurin Golf and not far away there are others such as Lauro Golf, Mijas Golf, La Cala Resort, Santana, El Chaparral, to name but a few.

Shopping is not a problem either, as there are many nice little boutiques and shops in Mijas Pueblo, or alternatively we can go down to the coast again to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola or Marbella.

Malaga airport is only 30/40 minutes away by car. This makes the Villa ideal for year round living, use as a holiday home, even a good investment due to its high rental potential. Or as mentioned above, the ideal place to use now as your home if you want to do remote work, as fibre optic is excellent in the area so you can work and enjoy life in the beautiful villa in the sun.
